Which Twilight TwiFecta Makes Forbes Most Powerful Celebrities List?

I noticed that Forbes released The World's 100 Most Powerful Celebrities list today. Y'all know I had to check it out to see if any of the Twilight cast made the cut. Both Rob and Kristen were on the list. I am very surprised at some of the people they beat out!

Robert Pattinson is number 53
With the end of the Twilight franchise in sight, Pattinson is preparing himself
for a post-vampire career. The romance Remember Me earned only $56 million but
that?s not bad considering the film had a tiny budget of $16 million. Water for
Elephants, costarring Reese Witherspoon, also performed decently at the box
office proving that audiences are willing to accept Pattinson as more than an
undead heartthrob.

Kristen Stewart is number 63
Stewart's non-Twilight career hasn't been as successful as her costar Robert
Pattinson's so far. Her 2010 film The Runaways grossed only $4.6 million at the
global box office. But the two-part Breaking Dawn should bring her enough money
to play around with different roles while looking for her next big hit. Stewart
is attached to one of two Snow White projects currently in development.

Stephenie Meyer is number 90

Like Harry Potter creator JK Rowling, Stephenie Meyer had never published a
piece of fiction before she wrote Twilight in 2003, at age 29. She has said the
idea for the vampire love story came to her in a dream. The three Twilight films
have grossed $1.8 billion at the global box office. Two more are on the way, as
well as an adaption of her science fiction novel The Host starring Saiorse
Ronan.

[Lorabell note: I felt compelled to add a "Fifty" shot of Rob looking particularly powerful given this subject :) you're welcome.]

Carlisle Cullen Ranks #2 On Forbes Fictional List-Peter Tweets Reason

I was being nosey on Twitter and decided to breeze on over to Peter Facinelli's Twitter page to see what he has been up to. I saw this tweet and decided to investigate.

Carlisle Cullen is number two this year on the Forbes Fictional 15 of 2011. Last year Carlisle was number one, but Scrooge McDuck beat him this year. Really? Scrooge McDuck?

Here is his profile from the Forbes website-

Peter is right... That wedding must have been the reason Carlisle was down a spot!

Forbes Name Carlisle Cullen "Richest Fictional Character" - Wanted For Tax Evasion!

For the second year running, Carlisle Cullen is the top of Forbes annual "Richest Fictional Character" list with a total fortune amounting an estimated (wait for it) $34.1 BILLION!

Forbes met (briefly) with Dr Cullen in an attempt to call him out on his multiple years dodging taxes:

FORKS, Wash. -- Those Goldman Sachs bankers taking home millions in bonuses could take a few lessons from the richest man in fiction, Dr. Carlisle Cullen. Unlike those bankers, Cullen has avoided populist ire by hiding his $34.1 billion personal fortune from charities, the I.R.S. and, until now, Forbes' intrepid imaginary billionaire hunters.

"It took you long enough to find me," Cullen, 370, said when approached at his home in Forks, Wash., before peeling off in his Mercedes S55 AMG. Sources tell us he is headed to Volterra, Italy, or possibly to Isle Esme, the private island he bought for his wife, Esme, just off the coast of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil...

Sources who requested anonymity out of fear of retaliation say that an unruly troop of London vampires converted Cullen into a vampire in 1663 (the alleged vampires did not return repeated calls for comment)...

But Cullen has bigger things than his medical license and an ongoing I.R.S. audit to worry about, namely, his old benefactors. The Volturi have laws, or really, just one law, to being a vampire: You must keep a low profile. They forbid exposure. Forbes could not reach Aro, Marcus or Caius Volturi for comment, but was able to reach Felix, a member of their security detail.

Asked how he and his employers planned to deal with Cullen's recent exposure, Felix would only offer, "Dibs."

P.s. You'd think with all that money he'd be a little more cash compassionate around Forks - just sayin'!
